Test Your Productivity

Productivity programmes for organisations

Busy is easy. Productive is not.

I spend 12 weeks with your team working out what is slowing them down, then fixing it. If the problem really sits with one leader, I work with that person one to one.

Two ways to work with me

Is it the team, or is it you?

Both programmes use the same framework. The scope, participants and output change.

For executives, HR/L&D and functional leaders

Corporate Programs

When a team, a department, or the handoffs between them are where work keeps getting stuck.

Common starting points

  • Priorities compete across functions
  • Processes rely on workarounds and repeated approvals
  • Ownership is unclear across handoffs
  • Training produces ideas without measures or review dates

The engagement includes

  • A 12-week programme
  • Interviews and available data to build the baseline
  • One or two vectors and no more than four elements
  • An action plan with owners, measures, targets and dates
  • Three monthly follow-ups and a closing report
Scope and investmentPriced after the review call, once we know the problem, how many people are involved and how much digging is needed first. You get the scope and the fee in writing before you commit to anything.

For senior managers and executives

Leadership Coaching

When the same problems keep landing back on one leader’s desk.

Common starting points

  • Important decisions keep returning to the leader
  • Priorities change faster than the team can absorb them
  • Delegation creates checking instead of ownership
  • Their own time and energy have become the bottleneck

The engagement includes

  • One or two Productivity Vectors
  • A personal plan with dates and measures
  • Weekly one-to-one sessions and support between sessions
  • Three monthly follow-ups
Scope and investmentPriced after the review call, once we know which vectors are in scope and how long the programme needs to run. You get the scope and the fee in writing before you commit to anything.

The 4 Productivity Vectors connects the person, the team and the system.

We do not try to fix everything. Each programme picks the one or two vectors where your problem actually sits.

Before you book

The questions people ask first.

What does a programme cost?

I price both after the review call, because it depends on the problem, how many people are involved and how much digging is needed first. You get the scope and the fee in writing before you commit to anything. The call itself costs nothing.

What actually happens in the 30 minutes?

You tell me where work keeps getting stuck. I ask enough questions to work out what is really causing it, who would need to be involved in fixing it, and whether that starts with one leader or the whole team. Bring nothing.

Were Virgin, flydubai and Mondelēz coaching clients?

No. Those results come from Santiago’s leadership roles inside the organisations. Each case study states the role and the context. Former employers are not described as programme clients.

How small can a team be for a Corporate Program?

It works when the problem shows up across a group of people, so a team, a department, or a process that crosses several of them. If it really comes down to how one leader works, Leadership Coaching is the better fit, and I will tell you that on the call.

Will a programme produce the same results as the case studies?

It depends on the problem, where you are starting from, and whether your organisation actually follows the plan through. On the call we work out what can realistically be measured before anything is scoped.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

Three monthly follow-ups, and for Corporate Programs a closing report. The follow-ups exist to check the plan is still being carried out and the measures are still moving.

Unsure which programme fits?

Find out what is really slowing your team down.

Thirty minutes on a call. You tell me where work keeps getting stuck. I tell you what is causing it, who needs to be in the room, and which of the two programmes fits.
