The leadership constraint

When everything important still comes back to you, your role becomes the bottleneck.

The visible problems may look separate. In practice, decisions, priorities, delegation and capacity often reinforce one another.

01

Every important decision still reaches you.

02

Priorities change faster than the team can absorb them.

03

Delegation creates more checking, not more ownership.

04

Your focus and energy are becoming the constraint.

The 4 Productivity Vectors makes those connections visible, so we can choose the one or two worth changing first.

What the work is designed to change

Progress should show up in how leadership work gets done.

These are operating outcomes, not abstract coaching themes.

Clearer priorities

Fewer competing commitments and a firmer basis for saying no.

Faster decisions

Clearer decision rights and less work waiting for approval.

Stronger delegation

Better-defined outcomes, ownership and review points.

More capacity

Protected attention for the work that cannot be delegated.

How progress is measured

Every action stays tied to the work, not just the conversation.

The 4 Productivity Vectors

We do not try to improve everything at once.

The framework looks at Efficiency, Effectiveness, Ownership and Wellbeing as one system. Coaching identifies the one or two vectors creating the greatest constraint, then concentrates the work there.

Experience from inside the organisation

I have led the work, carried the targets and managed the trade-offs.

My career has crossed hospitality, retail, aviation, telecom and consumer goods. I have led teams across more than 40 markets, owned a $20M+ annual budget and served as Chief Data Officer for Europe and Eurasia at Mondelēz.

I built the 4 Productivity Vectors from the problems leaders face when efficiency, priorities, ownership and wellbeing pull in different directions.

Is this the right engagement?

Useful coaching needs a real constraint and a willingness to test change.

The diagnostic is designed to establish fit before either side commits to a programme.

This coaching is built for you if:

  • You are a senior manager or executive.
  • You have a specific, recurring productivity constraint.
  • The problem affects decisions, priorities, delegation, ownership or capacity.
  • You are willing to test new behaviours and measure the result.

It is not designed as:

  • General life coaching or therapy
  • Outsourced task management
  • A collection of quick productivity hacks
Before you book

Questions executives usually ask.

Who is the programme for?

Senior managers and executives with a specific, recurring constraint in how they lead or how work moves through their team.

What happens in the diagnostic?

We define the problem, identify the Productivity Vector most closely connected to it and decide whether a coaching engagement is the right next step.

How long does the programme last?

The exact scope and cadence are agreed after the diagnostic. The engagement includes weekly sessions during the main programme and three monthly follow-ups.

Is the coaching confidential?

Yes. The boundaries for confidentiality, and any reporting required by a sponsoring organisation, are agreed before the engagement starts.

How is progress measured?

We establish a baseline and agree the behaviour, measure, target and review date for each action in the plan.
