At Idea Priority Calculator, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. In accordance with Google Play’s Data Safety requirements, this page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
How to Request Data Deletion
You have two simple ways to delete your account and data:
Option 1: In the App (Instant Deletion)
- Open the Idea Priority Calculator app.
- Tap on the Account/Profile icon in the bottom menu.
- Tap on “Delete Account”.
- This will immediately remove your authentication and local credentials.
Option 2: Via Email (Full Data Wipe Request)
- From the Profile screen, tap on “Delete My Data”.
- This will pre-fill an email to
info@santiagotacoronte.comwith your unique User ID. - Alternatively, you can email us directly at info@santiagotacoronte.com from your registered email address, requesting “Data Deletion” and providing your User ID.
What Data will be Deleted?
Upon a successful deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Account Profile: Your name, email address, and profile picture.
- App Data: All saved ideas, projects, priority lists, and scores.
- Media: Any images or files uploaded to our Firebase Storage.
Data Retention
- Immediate Deletion: Most account-related data is deleted immediately upon an in-app request.
- Backup/Audit Logs: For security and tax compliance purposes (if applicable), some anonymous log data may be retained for up to 30 days before full purging.
- Third-Party Data: Anonymous analytics data collected by Firebase and Google AdMob (Advertising IDs) is managed according to their respective privacy policies.
